- Filler Metal: Type of filler metal used.
- Component 1 & 2: Items being joined.
- Heat Number 1 & 2: Heat numbers of the items.
- QCR: QA/QC status.
- Insp. Type: Inspection type.
- Intl: Initials of the QA/QC person.

- A/R: Accept or Reject status.

How to Populate Data:
- Heat Numbers: Add heat numbers at any stage, ideally during material receiving.
