MSUITE Supports Education Program with United Association (UA) to Narrow Technology Skills Gap in Construction Industry
Union educators now have dedicated access to MSUITE resources for training students on the leading software to drive construction productivity.
CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA – FEB 15, 2022 – MSUITE announced its support for the United Association (UA) Education Program to provide innovative design tools and shop productivity software to help UA members increase their skills for a rapidly changing marketplace. In addition, the program gives UA educators a hands-on training curriculum of MSUITE’s market leading BIMPro and FabPro software and direct support from its professional training and services team.
While construction demand increases worldwide, builders are scrambling to push forward beyond the pandemic. According to Deloitte’s 2021 industry outlook, engineering and construction firms need to respond to new workforce and workplace norms. The ongoing skills gap in digital transformation can create a mismatch between available employees and necessary skills. This situation could negatively affect E&C firms in many ways, so engaging with external partners, training programs, and training a future workforce are crucial strategies.

Providing MSUITE to the UA enables educators with the training and resources they need to cultivate technology skills in construction workers and boost workforce development. The program provides educators with:
MSUITE training in-person or online
Access to free MSUITE licenses for hands-on software use in classrooms (virtual and onsite) and training curriculums for new students and seasoned professionals in classrooms at any level.
